of site you will build. A true audience
definition consists of who the users are, their goals, objectives,
and usability issues.
This is where you may need
an understanding of some technical issues and design fundamentals.
Understanding your audience capabilities will be very helpful
to you in your design plans.
Consider your visitors' browsers,
monitors, colors and bandwidth. Use this information to design
a site that fulfills your goals. But, you must also design for
look and feel, as well as functionality.
